Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Saute onion and pepper with garlic until tender, set aside.
  2. In large bowl, combine turkey with remaining ingredients and mix well. Add in onions and peppers.
  3. Shape into loaf and place in loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Halfway through baking, glaze meatloaf with ketchup, barbecue sauce, or honey mustard.
