Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Saute onion and pepper with garlic until tender, set aside.
- In large bowl, combine turkey with remaining ingredients and mix well. Add in onions and peppers.
- Shape into loaf and place in loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Halfway through baking, glaze meatloaf with ketchup, barbecue sauce, or honey mustard.
