Ingredients

  • 2 cans Guinness
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup demerara sugar

Directions

Heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbles become big and slow. (Note that there is a point where it will foam up rather suddenly, so pay attention.)
