Ingredients

  • 4-6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans French-cut green beans
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Fry bacon to extra crispy. Reserve 2 Tablespoons bacon grease and saute onion until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and saute for approximately 1 min. Add remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Double this recipe even if you’re also making green bean casserole (even if there are only 10 people eating).
