Snappy Green Beans
Ingredients
- 4-6 slices bacon
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cans French-cut green beans
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Fry bacon to extra crispy. Reserve 2 Tablespoons bacon grease and saute onion until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and saute for approximately 1 min. Add remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly, and serve hot.
Notes
- Double this recipe even if you’re also making green bean casserole (even if there are only 10 people eating).
