Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 cups chopped dates or raisins, optional
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
- 1 can (16oz) pumpkin
- 3 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups sugar
Directions
Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, water, and pumpkin. Add flour and cinnamon. Add raisins/dates and nuts. Bake in 3 greased loaf pans for 1 hour at 300.
