Pearl Onions (Creamed)
Ingredients
- 1 bag (14.4 oz) frozen pearl onions
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Thaw pearl onions.
- Sauté onions in butter until golden brown. Deglaze with a little water.
- Add heavy cream, and reduce until you have a smooth consistency. Season to taste..
