Ingredients

  • 1 bag (14.4 oz) frozen pearl onions
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Thaw pearl onions.
  2. Sauté onions in butter until golden brown. Deglaze with a little water.
  3. Add heavy cream, and reduce until you have a smooth consistency. Season to taste..
