Ingredients

  • 4 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 8 Tablespoons (1 stick) butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Boil carrots until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally, until all ingredients are melted together into a sauce.
  3. Drain carrots, and toss in sauce.
