Honey-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 4 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
- 8 Tablespoons (1 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/4 cup honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Garlic Powder
Directions
- Boil carrots until tender.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally, until all ingredients are melted together into a sauce.
- Drain carrots, and toss in sauce.
