Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, oregano, or thyme (one or more, optional)
  • 8(ish) chicken thighs
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Make seasoning mix. Coat chicken with olive oil. Coat chicken with seasoning mix.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
