Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 6-8 apples
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • splash vanilla

Directions

Simmer until apples are soft. Strain.

This is a great syrup, but it does not work in a latte like the gingerbread syrup does.

Casey and I made this syrup when we were trying to figure out a way to use up some extra apples.
