Ingredients

  • Kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons sweet butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Add butter, olive oil, and garlic to a medium saucepan over medium/low heat. Heat until butter is melted and mixture is bubbling
  2. Add the cream, and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the parmesan cheese, and stir until thickened.
  4. Add the mozzarella cheese, and stir until thickened.
